Day 23 #burpeeswithOalchallenge

Let me write my burpee journal of the day. It’s those few days of the month. Feeling weak and having stomach cramps since yesterday.
And I know I only have 7 days left in this challenge. I have actually planned out what kind of #burpees video I wanna make today. Obviously it failed. (Please watch the video to the end. It’s words from my heart ♥️)

Finally picked myself up to do my 50 burpees, told myself “aileng, atleast give yourself a breakthrough, do nonstop and breakthrough in speed!” So I pushed. As I rush and started feel weak, many thoughts running through in my little brain 🧠. Finally I had to stop for break cos really too breathless. Then continue the rest. So..... no breakthrough on day 23.

Then magic happens, I started to repost all those challengers video whom tagged me, and replying their PM messages. One thought came in “aileng, why not try do another 50?” So I gave myself another chance.

Just do slowly, felt energised, felt much lighter, not rushing, just focus on one burpee at a time! Keep counting, and ....... there it is! 50 without stopping and no breathless!!!!!

You know what’s the magic? Your videos, your messages, gave me the magic. Gave me the strength and power. I did 100 burpees today!!!! And yes I have breakthrough for Day 23!
